Isaiah 8:13-15

New American Standard Bible

¹³ It is the ^(A)Lord of armies ^(B)whom you are to regard as holy.
And He shall be your fear,
And He shall be your dread.
¹⁴ Then He will become a ^(C)sanctuary;
But to both houses of Israel, He will be a ^(D)stone of stumbling and a rock ^[a]of offense,
And a snare and a ^(E)trap for the inhabitants of Jerusalem.
¹⁵ Many ^(F)will stumble over them,
Then they will fall and be broken;
They will be snared and caught.”
