Romans 13:7-9

7 (A)Give to all men therefore their duty: tribute, to whom ye owe tribute: custom, to whom custom: fear, to whom [a]fear: honor, to whom ye owe [b]honor.
8 [c]Owe nothing to any man, but to love one another: [d]for he that loveth another, hath fulfilled the [e]Law.
9 For this, (B)Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet: and if there be any other commandment, it is [f]briefly comprehended in this saying, even in this, (C)Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself.
